Due to an overly-eager order finger, I chose the wrong colour but had pressed ok before I had realized. A call to customers services and it was all sorted, despite it being a bank holiday. Brilliant staff, easy, no-fuss ordering, great shopping experience, highly recommended. PS the chair was perfect too!
